A suspended garage slab
Garage space on two levels, with oversized windows and a mezzanine office.
The deck and the pool

Carson leads the build.
Hillary and DZYN Fusion Studio connect the interior decisions to daily life, and your independent architect stays central to the design.
- Your architect leads the design. We welcome your independent architect, and the design intent stays theirs.
- Carson builds it. He coordinates construction planning, engineers and trades, and brings site, scope and cost questions forward while there is still room to choose.
- Hillary brings the interiors. She and DZYN Fusion Studio connect cabinetry, lighting and materials to the plan early.

Resolve the important questions. Then commit to the build.
Paid preconstruction costs $10,000 to $25,000, scoped to your property, design stage and deliverables, and agreed in writing before work begins.
- Site and lot evaluation. Access, grade, utilities and constraints, and which surveys or specialists the design needs.
- Design and constructability. With your architect, engineers and interior team, before the details are fixed.
- Budget and pricing basis. A preliminary budget with allowances, contingencies, builder fees and exclusions named.
Preconstruction does not guarantee a final construction price, a permit approval or an obligation to build. Construction proceeds under a separate signed agreement.
